Passengers must be in the port at least 45 minutes before the departure of the ship. Failure to return is not eligible for a return. The vehicles must be in the waiting area one (1) hour before departure and in any case at the time specified by the applicable Port Regulations.

CANCELLATION OF TICKETS Tickets will be canceled according to the following conditions: Up to 14 days before departure: 100% fare refund Up to 7 days before departure: 75% fare refund Up to 12 hours before departure: 50% fare refund

  • For cancellations made less than 12 hours before departure, the fare is not refunded.
  • Discount tickets are not canceled and fare is not refunded.
  • For cancellation, it is necessary to present the tickets to our office in Milos.
  • Ticket cancellations are not allowed via telephone, fax, email.

    Tickets can also be converted to open tickets at least 24 hours before departure. Open tickets can be replaced by other dates on a route of any one of our journeys, if available (valid for one year or until the end of the year and are not canceled, any fare difference will not be refunded). For conversion into an open-air ticket it is necessary to present the ticket to our office at any time
